    Alliance Environmental Group is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator like you, that will be responsible for recruiting, posting, sourcing, and screening, managing the applicant tracking system and coordinating onsite recruitments.

    The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for the recruitment process of the Washington State and Northern California region area. This includes managing and/or assisting staff in all recruitment efforts, developing relationships in schools, worksource centers, attending job fairs, selecting advertisement options, identifying, and selecting interview sites, as well as planning and organizing on-site interviewing activities.

    Work behind-the-scenes at Olympia’s KXXO Mixx 96.1! We need an organized person with strong writing and customer-service skills to manage paperwork, verify customer information, enter information, and write ad copy as needed. Though most of the work will be done during the standard workday, hours are flexible and could be scheduled around school and home responsibilities.

    There is no selling or upselling required in this position. You will largely be gathering, verifying, and organizing information and, if skilled, helping come up with creative ideas and writing copy for radio ads.

    Duties of this job include:

    • Managing client paperwork
    • Entering and checking client information and advertising orders
    • Contacting clients and updating copy and other information
    • Helping to write client copy for radio advertising as needed

    Requirements for this position include:

    • Good computer skills
    • Ability to keep track of information and keep it organized
    • Willingness to work with people of differing backgrounds and lifestyles

    • Placing requisitioned inventory items in appropriate storage areas

    • Maintaining clean and sanitary workstation

    WORK SCHEDULE:

    We have two-night shift options available:

    • Production – starting at 7 PM

    We are seeking a person, for our Sumner Office,  with at least one year clerical support work that we can train to administer our construction contracts.

    The person we hire will have:

    The job entails reading and processing construction contracts from General Contractors for the sub-contracting work we do for them.

    We are the state’s leading pavement marking company and in being so we are processing hundreds of work contracts per year.  These contracts can range from as low as $5,000 to $500,000 per contract.  The ability to read carefully and attend to the important details contained the each contract is very important.  You will learn how/where to look for our requirements in each contract.

    We are willing to train the right person; the work is busy and can be demanding but it is very learnable.
