Antonina’s Bakery is a well-known bakery that produces premium natural healthy bakery products (gluten and gluten-free) that taste great. Antonina’s Bakery is currently for Bakery Production Workers to work at their facility in Sumner, WA.
Duties include, but not limited to the following:
- Performing any combination of following tasks in preparation of cakes, muffins, cupcakes: Reads production schedule or receives instructions regarding bakery products that require filling and icing.
- Placing requisitioned inventory items in appropriate storage areas
- Preparing various mixtures and fillings per standard recipes cakes, cupcakes and muffins
- Maintaining clean and sanitary workstation
- Reporting any product deficiencies or spoilage to supervisor immediately
- Providing professional representation at internal and external meetings and events
- Observing products as they bake
- Monitoring and adjusting temperature on ovens
- Checking goods to ensure they are thoroughly baked
- Decorating cakes, muffins, cupcakes
- Following and developing new recipes
- Package and label the product
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Be able to lift 50 lbs. throughout the day
- Be able to stand for long hours
- Work in a fast-passed environment
- Be a quick learner
- Be a team player
WORK SCHEDULE:
We have two-night shift options available:
- Production – starting at 7 PM
- Packaging – starting at 9 PM
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day plus OT when needed.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
Rate of pay: $19.00/hr to start.
