    • Successful accomplishments and primary accountabilities of this position will depend upon establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with a variety of people both inside and outside of the functional area.
    • Such people may include, but are not limited to: interdepartmental leadership, education and development, the patient, client hospital staff, government, insurance company representatives, vendors, compliance, finance, decision support and contact management as well as GetixHealth’ s officers, senior management, and staff.

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or college degree from an accredited college or university
    • Two to five years industry experience in medical revenue cycle management is required
    • Medical experience, either practical or classroom knowledge needed
    • Proven understanding of the medical revenue cycle
    • Demonstrated excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations
    • Attention to detail
    • Good attendance record
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Demonstrated ability to perform work in alignment with company mission and values
    • Proven PC proficiency in MS Office Suite Applications

    • Work environment is an office location.

     WAGES & SCHEDULE:

    • $60,000 – $150,000/Year Commission plus Bonuses

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Ensures assigned etch machine is operating correctly.
    • Checks machine operating temperature, acid levels, nozzle spray patterns, and records conditions in equipment log.
    • Modifies set points on re-gen equipment as required for specific alloy being processed.
    • Reads work order to see what specific process needs to be accomplished, reads control points, metal alloy and thickness, and checks for any unusual required procedures.
    • Additional duties described when hired.

    **This position will train under the etch supervisor with the goal of promotion to the etch lead position.

    Requirements 

    Must have machine operator experience, math, mechanical skills and basic understanding of chemistry. Be able to use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers. Understand safe chemical handling (HAZMAT). Be able to read a blueprint, measure control points, perform basic quality assessment of work performed.

    EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SPECIALIZED TRAINING REQUIRED: High school diploma required. Over three months and up to one year of experience.

    MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT USED: Etcher, calipers, CMM, depth gauge, chemicals, computer, calculator.

    Wages (if given) Starting wages will depend on experience. Must be able to work overtime and possibly Saturdays from time to time.
