    Minimum Requirements:

    • Two (2) years of related maintenance experience
    • Experience in basic trades such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, and appliance repair
    • Valid driver’s license required
    • Basic computer/mobile device skills

    Wages & Benefits:

    • $22.00 – $33.00 per hour, depending on position & experience
