Responsible Heating provides high-quality heating services in Seattle-Tacoma area and is currently hiring a System Designer – Outside Sales who can provide an exceptional client experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate New Customer Leads via Social Media/Networking/Face to Face Education
- Conduct Virtual or In-Home sales appointments to bid work and size HVAC jobs
- Maintains regular customer follow up both before and after the sale
- Submits sitemaps, photos, videos and Scope of Work to the Office for Install on behalf of the Customer
- Follows Up with previous customers to ask for referrals
REQUIREMENTS:
- No previous Sales Experience required
- Current WA Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Clean and presentable
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Positive Team Player Attitude
- May be subject to random drug screenings
WAGES/SCHEDULE/BENEFITS:
- $60,000 – $150,000/Year Commission Plus Bonuses
