Responsible Heating provides high-quality heating services in Seattle-Tacoma area and is currently hiring a System Designer – Outside Sales who can provide an exceptional client experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate New Customer Leads via Social Media/Networking/Face to Face Education
• Conduct Virtual or In-Home sales appointments to bid work and size HVAC jobs
• Maintains regular customer follow up both before and after the sale
• Submits sitemaps, photos, videos and Scope of Work to the Office for Install on behalf of the Customer
• Follows Up with previous customers to ask for referrals

REQUIREMENTS:

• No previous Sales Experience required
• Current WA Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Clean and presentable
• Great Customer Service Skills
• Positive Team Player Attitude
• May be subject to random drug screenings

WAGES/SCHEDULE/BENEFITS:

• $60,000 – $150,000/Year Commission Plus Bonuses
