Career TEAM provides high engagement with innovative technology approach to employment services for young adults ages 16 – 24 who are not connected to high school. Career TEAM connects young adults with opportunities to launch or continue a career pathway toward income stability and mobility by building educational and workforce skills.

Palmer Scholars provides culturally responsive wraparound services to young adults throughout Pierce County who are 18 years and older and have a high school diploma or GED. Palmer Scholars brings resources and expertise to provide streamlined, non-duplicative services while introducing participants to other youth initiatives available to them.
The Palmer Pathways Pre-Apprenticeship is a state-recognized apprenticeship prep program (Washington State Apprenticeship and Training Council, LNI) focusing on construction trades pre-apprenticeship and transition to apprenticeship, trades-based employment, and technical college education.

Tacoma Community House helps young adults turn their goals into action through The REACH Center, a one-stop resource for people ages 16–24 pursuing education, employment, and greater stability. Participants can access job-search support, résumé and interview preparation, career opportunities, employer connections, and personalized guidance designed to build confidence and workplace readiness.
Young adults can also receive assistance with college applications, admissions, educational workshops, and connections to partner organizations that support long-term success. Whether you are looking for your first job, planning your next educational step, or seeking a stronger support system, Tacoma Community House can help you build a pathway toward self-sufficiency.
