    Extra Extra: Career TEAM

    Career Team is looking for a high-energy, service-driven individual to be a Career Advisor and serve our Young Adult population (16-24) in Pierce County by helping them to employment and training opportunities. This role will have a primary focus on providing career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-up services to out-of-school youth who are not engaged in post-secondary education and or have not obtained a GED or High School Diploma.

    The ideal candidate will be able to work well autonomously and be able to maintain and strengthen partnerships with existing partners.Work will be performed under the WIOA (Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act) Program under the Pierce County WorkSource Umbrella.

    Hourly: $24.03 – $26.44 per hour
    Employment Type: Full-time, non-exempt
    Travel: Position may require local travel up to 25% of the time

    • Seats are not guaranteed, and wait times may occur
