Intern Job Title: Real Estate Videographer

Skills the Intern May Learn:
- Techniques for shooting high-quality real estate videos, including framing and camera movement.
- Understanding of real estate marketing and how to showcase properties effectively through video.
- Drone operation and aerial videography.
Tools, equipment, clothing/uniforms, or other items required for this position:
- Capable computer suitable for video editing (high processing power and sufficient memory).
- High-quality drone for aerial videography (DJI Mavic 3 or better).
- Phone and high-speed internet connection.
- Reliable car for getting to various property locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in videography or photography, especially in real estate or similar fields.
- Video editing skills using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic understanding of real estate marketing and how to highlight property features effectively.
- Experience with drone videography and possession of a drone operator’s license (if applicable).
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines for multiple projects.
- Familiarity with different types of camera equipment and accessories used in professional videography.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of videography, including camera operation and video editing.
- Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, stabilizers, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- A portfolio or sample work demonstrating videography skills, preferably in real estate or related areas.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate video shoots on weekdays.
- Ability to present oneself professionally and work effectively in client-facing roles.
