    Responsibilities of Machine Operator:

    • Operate machinery to draw, coil, and produce various types of metal products for commercial building products
    • Work with co-workers, supervisors, and maintenance to troubleshoot issues with machines or material
    • Maintain a clean work environment
    • Be compliant with all safety regulations
    • Read, understand, and follow production schedule

    Qualifications:

    • Must be able to lift/carry at least 50 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs safely
    • Must have reliable transportation and attendance
    • Must be able to become certified and operate a forklift safely
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment background, drug/alcohol, and physical screenings
    • Must be at least 18 years old – due to work environment

    Pay and Benefits:

    • $20.00+/per hour depending on experience with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $6 per hour in incentive pay
