    Sales Estimator and Restoration Laborer

    Alliance Environmental Group is a leading contractor of environmental remediation and demolition services to Western Washington homes and businesses, with projects throughout the Greater Seattle and Tacoma region.

    We are looking for Sales Estimators and Restoration Laborers to join our amazing company.

    Sales Estimator (Job ID: 252618167)

    • Responsibilities:
    • Market to new/potential customers and acquire new customers
    • Maintain relationships with existing customers and drive to and inspect new and existing projects
    • Manage existing projects and create new project estimates in Xactimate and internal company CRM.
    • Process paperwork and obtain signed contracts for new projects
    • Follow-up on potential projects and Maintain constant communication with customers and company office staff, supervisors, and labor department
    • Manage customer requests, issues, complaints, projects including any issues that may arise
    • Schedule inspections with customers and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, classes, and required software training courses
    • Maintain certifications required for estimating/managing demo/abatement/remediation projects and perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
    • Ability to build long term relationships with customers
    • This role is an outbound role and requires local travel within the assigned region
    • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
    • Experience in the fields of construction or abatement, restoration, or remediation as a Sales Estimator
    • Book of business, preferred
    • Strong sales experience required
    • Able to leverage relationships within industry
    • Experience with estimating/project management
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Requires local travel within assigned region
    • Extensive driving may be required
    • Pay & Benefits:
    • $70,000.00/year + Attractive Commission Structure + Allowance

    Restoration Laborer (Job ID: 253754348)

    • Responsibilities:
    • Setting up and prepping containment
    • Removing damaged materials like drywall, cabinetry, flooring
    • Using basic construction tools (handheld and power tools)
    • Repairing and installing new materials (e.g., match drywall textures, hang doors, install cabinets, flooring, and tile work)
    • Demolition/clean-up
    • Loading and unloading work vehicle
    • Requirements:
    • Experience restoration or Water Mitigation/ Mold Remediation, preferred
    • General experience in construction or any trades
    • Complete background check/drug test
    • Reliable transportation
    • Carrying/lifting up to 75 lbs
    • Pay & Benefits:

    • Inspect, maintain, and utilize Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) properly

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Highschool Diploma or equivalent
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
    • Ability to obtain required fumigation certifications and licenses pursuant to country or state/local laws
    • Must have the ability lift, push, pull, and carry up to 70 pounds chest high
    • Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam

    WORK SCHEDULE:

    This is a full-time position with an expected workweek of 40 or more hours. Some of the work may include overnight travel for business during peak season.

    SALARY & BENEFITS:

    Starting wages are $20 to $22 per hour. This includes a comprehensive and market-competitive benefits package to meet the needs of our associates and their families. There is also great opportunity for pay raises and upward mobility in the company.

    There is a Hiring and Retention Bonus offered for this position – $1,000 after 60 days, and $1,000 after 6 months
