    Wells Fargo is currently recruiting for an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) position through its Military Boots to Banking Veteran Initiative in the Tacoma and University Place area. This opportunity is designed to help veterans transition their military skills into a rewarding banking career with a nationally recognized employer. If you have experience working with customers, solving problems, managing information accurately, or supporting operations in a military or civilian setting, you may be a strong candidate.

    Position: Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) Employer: Wells Fargo Pay Range: $23.00 – $31.00 per hour

    What You’ll Do:

    • Build relationships with customers and support their financial goals
    • Open new accounts and assist with banking services
    • Process transactions and perform teller functions
    • Utilize digital banking tools and technology
    • Make referrals and connect customers with banking specialists
    • Work in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment

    Minimum Qualification:

    • 6+ months of customer interaction experience, which may include military service, training, education, or civilian employment

    Veterans May Be Especially Competitive If They Have Experience With:

    • Customer service and problem solving
    • Administrative support and record keeping
    • Personnel, pay, or benefits assistance
    • Researching regulations, policies, and procedures
    • Working in fast-paced environments requiring accuracy and attention to detail
