    Accounting Assistant 2

    Salary: $25.91 – $32.28 Hourly

    This is fiscal support work in the accounting field for the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department. An employee in thisclassification is responsible for budget and accounting support work requiring broad knowledge of accounting principlesand practices.     Assist on weekly, monthly and quarterly business accounting.

    • A/R billing and deposits
    • Journal entry
    • Payroll Document all corrections while data entering
    • Bank reconciliation
    • Credit card charges
    • Reconcile loan balances
