Note: This is not for the Dupont campus of State Farm. This is for the Eric Collins Agency in Pierce County.
Wages and Benefits:
- $15.00 – 20.00 an hour plus commission = $60,000 to $70,000 + a year in salary, on average.

Requirements
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
