    Are you looking to get into Advanced Manufacturing? Do you want a living wage career within Advanced Manufacturing? Please come to this presentation Wednesday, May 20th at 11:00 am to find out more information!

    ‘The Manufacturing Academy (MA), sponsored by the Aerospace Joint Apprenticeship Committee (AJAC) offers a solid foundational career pathway into aerospace and advanced manufacturing apprenticeship opportunities. This 10 week, recognized pre-apprenticeship program is currently offered online. Manufacturing Academy students will learn both soft skills and technical skills to include but not limited to applied math, blueprint reading, safety, precision measuring, and interview techniques. Upon completion, students will have the basic foundational skills to independently find gainful entry-level employment and may meet the minimum qualifications to pursue additional career pathways in advanced manufacturing through AJAC’s portfolio of apprenticeship programs.’

    Minimum Requirements:

    Valid Washington driver’s license
    CDL is not required for Non-CDL Driver positions
    CDL with Passenger Endorsement is required for CDL Driver positions
    3 years of clean driving record
    Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test
    Basic computer skills required
