After just getting out of the military, Victor was seeking employment as a telecom field technician. He attended the TruFit Staffing hiring event at the WorkSource Pierce location at the South Hill Mall in Puyallup. During the event, he applied for a position and talked directly with the TruFit hiring manager.

WorkForce Central Business Solutions team member Christian Reed helped Victor prepare for future interviews by doing mock interviews with him to practice answering both common and challenging questions.

“Being able to practice my interview skills in a comfortable and safe space was very helpful,” Victor said. “Christian asked difficult questions, and I will be able to practice these more at home.”
