Estimator
Internship Wage: $17 – $19/hour
Intern Can Work Up To: 40 hours per week

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with estimating and bidding residential railing jobs.
- Coordinate between the sales and production departments.
- Assisting customers with will-call, product questions and overall support.
- Answering emails.
- Talking on the phone with customers and internal employees.
- Assisting other internal employees with troubleshooting and problem solving.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- COVID vaccine not required, but highly encouraged.
- Masks requested while working on site.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer operation.
- Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- PDF viewer (Adobe Acrobat and Blue Beam). This can be taught on the job.
Admin Assistant

- Coordinating Orders and will-call customers.
- Managing sales orders and filling out paperwork.

- Assisting with office management.
- Coordination support between front office and production department.

Marketing Assistant

- Assisting with creating marketing calendar and executing tasks on marketing calendar.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office 365.
- Graphic design software.
- Social media platforms and management of content.
- Ability to write and edit.
- Ideal candidate would have familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications like Photoshop, lnDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Acrobat, etc.
Production Intern
Internship Wage: $16 – $18/hour

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Warehouse operations such as picking, packing and crating.
- Preparing shipments for customers.
- Assembly of products using drills and other handtools.
- Inventory management and counting.
- Assisting with material receiving and incoming inspection.
- Complete paperwork and fill out information on job traveler/work order.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- COVID vaccine not required, but highly encouraged
- Masks requested while working on site.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to show up to work on time, every time.
- Ability to work with a team.
- Read a tape measure.
