Internship Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Intern to support our online presence and daily in-store operations. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, customer interaction, and learning how a small business operates behind the scenes. Interns will gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, customer service, and small business operations. No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.

Intern Opportunity Details

• Wage: $17.13/hour
• Estimated Hours Per Week: Up to 25
• Internship Length: 120–320 hours
• Location: Tacoma, WA
• Minimum Age Requirement: 18

Key Responsibilities

• Create and post content for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
• Film, edit, or appear in short-form videos to support brand visibility
• Assist with social media engagement and basic content planning
• Greet customers and assist them when they come into the office
• Answer phones and help respond to basic customer questions
• Support mailroom tasks including scanning mail, package drop-offs, and pickups
• Assist with general in-store and administrative tasks as needed
• Support a small team by jumping in where help is needed
