Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing and Communications
Intern to join our team and assist with various marketing and communication initiatives. This
internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the music industry while
contributing to the promotion and branding efforts of our company.

Intern Pay: Minimum Wage to $24/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote artists,
    events, and releases.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and
    written posts.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for
    improvement.
  • Support email marketing efforts, including drafting newsletters and coordinating
    distribution.
  • Assist with website management, including updating content and optimizing user
    experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas and strategies for
    marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with media relations efforts, including drafting press releases and pitching stories
    to journalists.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing and communications team as
    needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program or recent graduate in Marketing,
    Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and
    content creation.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, with a keen eye for trends and
    engagement opportunities.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, email marketing, and
    analytics.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
    effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for music and a desire to learn more about the music industry.
  • Previous marketing or communications experience or internships are a plus but not
    required.
