Intern – Marketing Associate

Location: Tacoma, WA
Hours: 35 hours per week
Compensation: $16.28 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate Intern to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on real estate trends, financial products, and investment opportunities.
• Assist in business development by generating leads and networking with industry professionals.
• Support marketing initiatives including content creation, social media management, and digital outreach.
• Help develop and deliver financial literacy materials related to credit repair, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Analyze real estate financing options and qualification requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and research summaries.
• Manage and organize research data to support project development.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Comfortable initiating conversations with industry professionals.
• Owns a laptop for work-related tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in real estate, finance, or business development.
• Experience with social media marketing or content creation is a plus.
• Ability to conduct data research and analysis.
