Internship Details:

  • Minimum Age Requirement: 17+
  • Starting Hourly Wage: Minimum Wage
  • Maximum Hours Per Week: 20

Skills the Intern May Learn:

  • Market booth setup and breakdown
  • POS-system (Square) order processing
  • Managing order tickets
  • Food prep
  • Customer service
  • Plating/food packing
  • Food safety including proper hot and cold holding temps, safe food storage procedures in booth
  • Cleanup at the end of day (dishwashing, mopping, etc) at the kitchen

Tools, equipment, clothing/uniforms, or other items required for this position:

  • I’ll provide aprons, gloves, and any tools and equipment needed to carry out these tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school graduate
  • Drivers license
