Position Summary:
The Coach intern will assist in delivering high-quality instruction in tumbling and cheerleading, helping athletes develop new skills and achieve their goals. This role is ideal for those interested in a career in coaching or youth sports, with a focus on positive leadership, skill development, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead coaches in instructing cheerleading and tumbling classes for young athletes
- Provide motivation and encouragement to athletes, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere
- Support team leadership by helping to organize activities and maintain a safe, structured environment
- Assist in developing coaching techniques and training strategies that cater to the skill levels of various athletes
Skills You Will Gain:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Some prior coaching experience or knowledge in cheerleading/tumbling

- Must wear athletic attire suitable for coaching activities
- Must be available to work during scheduled hours
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication skills, with a natural ability to motivate and work well with children
