Now Hiring – School Bus and Charter Drivers in Tacoma!

Drivers are need in Pierce county as well as various locations throughout the U.S.. If you apply and approved to travel, your flight and lodging is paid, and you’ll receive 8-hrs of pay per day as well as a daily per-diem.

As a First Student School Bus and/or Charter Driver, your major responsibilities will be to:

• Safely transports passengers
• Perform pre/post trip vehicle inspections
• Assists students in the loading and unloading process

Requirements of a Charter Driver:

• Good verbal communication skills
• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years

Around The Sound is currently hiring for 15 Full-Time and Part-Time CDL and NON-CDL DRIVERS. Family owned and operated, Around The Sound is pleased to be the foremost transportation service in the Puget Sound, WA, serving those with special needs, as well as customers seeking point-to-point driver services. If you have great customer service skills and a compassionate personality, this is the job for you!

Minimum Requirements:

• • Minimum 23 years of age and 5 years driving experience
  • Valid Washington driver’s license
  • CDL is not required for Non-CDL Driver positions
  • CDL with Passenger Endorsement is required for CDL Driver positions
  • 3 years of clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test
  • Basic computer skills required

Wages & Benefits:

• • Salary range: $13.50 – $19.19 per hour
  • Currently providing Covid-19 transportation with hazardous PAY of $25.00 per hour
