Position: Content Marketing Intern
Internship Position Overview
Join the strategy side of storytelling. As a Content Marketing Intern, you’ll support Kiln’s social media presence, turn raw content into polished posts, and help amplify campaigns that matter. Perfect for a creative communicator ready to build real-world marketing experience.
Intern Opportunity Details
- Wage: $16.66 – $20.00/hour
- Hours Per Week: Up to 30
- Internship Length: 120 – 320 hours
- Location: Pierce County
- Minimum Age Requirement: 18
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
- Repurpose video content into reels, captions, and blog content
- Write compelling, on-brand copy for campaigns and messaging
- Use marketing tools to track performance and support automation
- Contribute to creative campaigns from idea to execution
Skills the Intern May Learn
- Social media content strategy
- Caption writing and brand storytelling
- Basic campaign analytics and performance tracking
- CRM and content scheduling tools
- Connecting creative work to real-world client outcomes
Tools/Equipment/Supplies Required
- Business casual attire
- Computer with access to scheduling tools ((provided if needed – on site))

- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn trends
- Canva, Photoshop, or light video editing experience
- Strong writing and communication skills
