Accounting & Taxes, Inc is recruiting an Entry Level Bookkeeper.
Job Duties:
Assist on weekly, monthly and quarterly business accounting.
Tasks:
- Manual checks
- A/P invoices
- Check run
- A/R billing and deposits
- Journal entry
- Payroll Document all corrections while data entering
- Bank reconciliation
- Credit card charges
- Reconcile loan balances
- Match credit card receipts to statements
- Reconcile manual to computer balance
- Maintain a timecard for billing identifying client, time and a detailed description of each task
- Export reports to Excel
