If you have a strong office administrative background, enjoy working with customers, and can hit the ground running when joining our small close-knit team, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

You’ll be the facility’s liaison with the landlord, contractors, vendors, and others regarding the facility’s maintenance duties under the Administrator for a busy customer service office.

You’ll supervise clerical staff; fully manage our building and all duties that coincide with the office needs, managing expense reports and forecasts; security system monitoring and daily updating; designs office space layouts; records management; negotiables management; maintenance contracts management and emergency repairs.
