Employment Type: Full Time: Monday – Friday: 11am – done, hours and days may vary based on workflow and scheduling. Occasional weekend due to holidays and inventory.
$15.50 per hour to start; after 90 days increase to $16.50 per hour; upon meeting goals you may qualify for quarterly incentives and benefit package after 90 days of employment.
General Summary:
Primary Role: To accurately pick, receive, and stock product in accordance with both HACCP/FSMA guidelines and company policies for the control of all perishable and non-perishable goods.
Responsible for filing Purchase Orders/Customer orders and staging them for the Inventory Control Specialist to finalize while meeting company standards for safety, product security and productivity.
Must be able to accurately complete all orders assigned for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is pulled and staged. Carry or transport orders to staging locations with material handling equipment. Tag and/or mark orders for proper route/customer identification. Other duties as assigned.
Must be able to work effectively and productively with team members.

Job Specifications: All current and future warehouse employees must maintain and meet the following requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Follow HACCP/FSMA Guidelines
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50+lbs
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery
- Organized and punctual
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
Education and Experience:
- Experience with Stand-up Forklift Preferred.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Minimum 6 months related experience and/or training preferred.
Working Conditions: Hot in the summer, cold in the winter, with moderate noise level.
